Browsholme Hall & Tithe Barn

I’ve known Emma and James for a while and had photographed James fathers wedding last year. Emma and James are a great couple who have been together for many years. So long that they felt it only right to take the next big step as a couple. They got a cute dog called Brucie………and decided to get married.

Browsholme Hall & Tithe Barn was the rustic setting for Emma & James wedding. The day started back at their home for some very important bride time with her bridal party, hair (Megan Marie Hair)and make up (Sarah Moore). Photographing such an important part of the day really helped everyone to relax with having a photographer around. Just as the cars arrived to take the bridal party some local friends dropped in to see the bride. She looked stunning and it was written all over the smiles of her friends faces. The morning had flown and it was time to take Emma, bridesmaids and the mother of the bride off to Browsholme Hall & Tithe Barn.

Upon arrival guests had already started to gather outside so I rushed in to take a few photographs of the main room before everyone entered. It is a lovely space to have a wedding ceremony and it’s easy to see why Emma & James picked it. James was hiding his nerves well and his groomsmen were keeping the banter flowing as they waited.

After a beautiful and emotional ceremony we all headed outside for some group photographs before Emma, James and I headed out around the grounds of Browsolme Hall. There is so much variety in the grounds from formal gardens to the mansion through to the main drive and even a lake. We spent a little time at a few different spots to get some beautiful photographs. Brucie got in on a few of these moments. After all he is family.

Following this brief departure from the guests everyone headed back into the main room for the wedding breakfast. The delicious food was followed by some very funny speeches.

I left a little after the first dance as the party started to kick in. A fantastic wedding at a lovely venue.

There were a number of other suppliers involved in this amazing day including.
